AMD 1

For my first AMD assignment i read a film reviw in the popular German newspaper 'die Zeit'. The review was about a new american film called Gangster Squad. The author gave a rather damming review of the film labeling it 'Grausam langweilig' which translates as cruely boring! When reading the article i was plesently suprised at just how much i could understand, as well as remembering some older words such as 'Schauspieler' und  'böser' which are helpful in general conversation. By reading this article i realised just how helpful consistenly reading German news sources can be not only in improving your understand of the language but also in keeping up to date with current affairs taking place in Germany.
